SHIPPING POLICY
I. Applicable Areas
Nework US store only sells and ships goods within the United States. If you wish to purchase in Canada, the United Kingdom and other regions, please refer to the corresponding policy statement.
1. Shipping cost:
The shipping cost of each new order is borne by Nework (except for remote areas, you need to consult with Nework sales staff before purchasing).
2. Shipping method:
Our standard shipping method is land transportation, and the package will be delivered to your door. If it involves manual handling or lifting, there will be additional costs.

3. Delivery time:
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. The order processing time is 2 business days. The order processing time may vary during holidays.
When the package is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note that if you purchase multiple items in one order, they may be shipped separately, and you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each shipment.
4. Tracking orders:
You can track your order on our order tracking page or through the shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and link.

5. Updating your shipping information:
Before completing your order, please double-check all relevant information, including name, shipping address, and item, to ensure accuracy and avoid potential issues.
If you need to change your shipping information before shipping, please contact us at support@nework.us.
If you need to modify your order while it is in transit, please also contact support@nework.us.
We will coordinate with our logistics partners or provide a way to contact the courier directly.
Please note that changes to your shipping information may incur additional fees and some changes may not be possible.
6. Non-delivery or shipping damage:
If you encounter non-delivery or shipping damage issues, please contact support@nework.us for assistance. We will respond within 1 business day.
